Question: Why did I receive a different tin mold design or color than the product image?
Answer: At Opaline Aura, we allow customer to choose the fragrance type and the corresponding candle color. However, the tin mold design, color and size are not user-selectable. This means the tin you receive may differ from the product photos. We carefully pick each tin to match the candle’s elegance, ensuring the same premium quality, burn performance, and aesthetic charm.
