At Opaline Aura, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our candles are crafted with organic materials and packaged with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit. As our products are fragile, we have a specific refund policy for situations where an item arrives damaged.
We currently sell our products exclusively online. Please review the following policies carefully.
Damaged Products
Your order is eligible for a refund if it meets the following criteria:

A request for a refund must be sent to us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

The product may have been damaged during transit, or the customer may have received a different product. To verify this, an unboxing video is mandatory. Once the customer raises a request, we will reach out via WhatsApp to collect the video proof.

If the claim is approved, we will refund the product's selling price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of free shipping order customer will receive full refund.

We do not offer replacements or require the customer to return the damaged item.
Order Cancellations

Within 6 Hours: If the customer cancel's order within 6 hours of placing it, they will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.

After Shipping: If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been shipped, we will only refund the product's selling price. The shipping cost will not be refunded. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Payment Policy
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout through our secure online payment gateway.
